What first got me interested in dermatology

When people ask me "What first got you interested in dermatology?" I tell them this:

Because it's a disease you can see. And when I fix it you can see that it's better.

But that's only one reason. There are so many reasons. I like to think I am quite good at being a dermatologist so that makes it a lot more fun.

I love interacting with my patients. I love performing skin surgery and changing people's lives by removing lumps and bumps (did you see me on 'People Like Pus' on Channel 5?!).

I love educating people about their skin and how to look after it so they can stop worrying about it and focus on other important stuff.

I love helping people save money by getting them the right treatment for their skin condition that is accessible and affordable today and in the long run (because it's all about maintenance once you get your skin clear).

I can go on and on and on...but I won't bore you. If you are a doctor and interested in becoming a dermatologist, check out my course www.DermOwl.co.uk!
